Terms and conditions

COPA90 Women’s FA Cup Final prize draw

 

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

 

1. Eligibility

1.1 This prize promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over at the time of entry

1.2 Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, the Promoter’s agents, third parties or any other person professionally connected with the Promotion are excluded from participating.

1.3 Employees (including, for the avoidance of doubt, interns and individuals who have accepted an employment/internship offer from Adobe) and independent contractors, officers and directors of Adobe, or any of Adobe’s agents, representatives, advertising, promotion, publicity and fulfillment agencies, legal advisors, successors and assigns, and any other company or person that is involved with the production, design, execution, administration or distribution of this Promotion (collectively, the “Released Parties”), or anyone who lives with (whether or not related), or who is an immediate family member of, any one of the Released Parties (i.e., parents,siblings, children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside).

 

2. Promotional period

2.1 The promotional period will open at 00:01 on Thursday 6th March 2025 (“Opening Date”) and will end at 23:59 on Wednesday 2nd April 2025 (“Final Date”).

 

3. How to enter 

3.1  No purchase necessary.

3.2 Visit https://submityourcrest.co.uk/ during the promotional period and download the Adobe Express app.

3.3 Log into your Adobe account or register.

3.4 Go to the competition page “Make your Dream Team’s crest with Alessia Russo”.

3.6 Using Alessia’s template, create your own crest for your 5-a-side Dream Team.

3.7 Create your crest ensuring you include in the prompt:

a) the word “crest”

b) at least 1 colour, 1 noun and 1 adjective

3.8 Export the design as a PNG and submit your Dream Team Crest via the microsite (https://submityourcrest.co.uk/), using the “Submit your crest” button at the bottom of the page.

3.9 The creative component of the work must be created primarily with Adobe tools found within Adobe Creative Cloud. Any generative AI work must be created 100% with Adobe Firefly.

 

4. Prizes

4.1 There is one prize, which consists of:

a 2 x Hospitality tickets to the Adobe Women’s FA Cup final on the 18th May 2025 at

Wembley Stadium, London; and

b £1,000 cash towards expenses

4.2 There are no prize alternatives or substitutions. Any resale, transfer of Ticket(s), offer or advertisement of Ticket(s) for resale or transfer, whether for free or for consideration, is strictly prohibited. This prohibition extends to providing access to the mobile (or other) device upon which a Ticket is held/displayed.

 

5. Winner selection

5.1 There are 1 pair of tickets to the Women’s FA Cup final to be won during the Promotional Period.

5.2. All entries that contain the Dream Team members and the crest that fulfils the entry criteria as detailed in 3.6 above will be entered into the prize draw.

5.3. The draw will take place on Tuesday 8th April 2025 and winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.

5.4 Winners will be notified by email on Wednesday 9th April 2025 with instructions on how to claim their prize.

5.5 It is the winner’s responsibility to provide their correct, up-to-date details when accepting their prize. The Promoter is not responsible for a winner failing to supply accurate/complete information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

5.6 Winners have 14 days to claim their prize. If they fail to claim their prize, the prize is forfeit and a substitute winner will be drawn.

5.7 The Promoter has no responsibility in the event a winner is not able to take their prize.

 

6. General Terms

6.1 No third party or bulk entries. Entries via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified.

6.2 If it becomes apparent in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter that any entrant or the entrant’s household is using any means to circumvent 6.1 such as, and without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data, using identities other than their own, using any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries, or otherwise acting dishonestly, fraudulently or otherwise in violation of these terms, such entrant will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void.

6.3. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.

6.4 Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with these terms and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which is available here: https://new.copa90.com/copa90-privacy-policy

6.5 By entering the promotion, participants agree that their information may be processed and used by the Promoter for the purpose of the promotion or any associated publicity. The Promoter may share participants’ data with third parties for promotion administration and prize fulfilment purposes.

6.6 Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity without payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, using a winner’s name and, if relevant, their image and any statements made by them concerning the Promotion and the prizes won as part of the Promotion.

6.7 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate entrants for any losses that may be incurred as a result of entering the Promotion and the Promoter does not accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of a winner’s acceptance of a prize except where such damage or loss is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents.

6.8 Promoter’s decision is final and binding in relation to all matters relating to the Promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.

6.9 By entering this Promotion the entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

6.10 Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

6.11 The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion. Those who try and circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

6.12 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment.

6.13 The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

6.14 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to winner notifications or prizes. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies.

6.15 It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when confirming acceptance of the prize in order for their prize claim to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

6.16 The surname and county of the prize winners will be made available to anyone who requests them by emailing competitions@copa90.com within 6 weeks of the Closing Date.

6.17 If any clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.

6.18 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning them.
